Vivolink is a European brand, based in Denmark and built for the professional AV installer. We develop the cables, boxes, audio, mounts and accessories that go into the rooms you work in every day — meeting rooms, classrooms, hotels and office buildings.
And we keep the range focused. Rather than a catalogue to work your way through, you get a short list of options chosen for the job in front of you. Less time comparing. More time installing.
OUR HISTORY
We come from the world of AV installers
The Vivolink team have a combined total of 50 plus years of experience in professional AV. That experience sits behind every product decision we make – which connector to use, where to reinforce a cable, what an installer needs on a Monday morning with a room to finish by noon.
Our products come out of conversations with the people using them: what worked and what should be different next time. Our job is to take the complexity out of Pro AV – quality and attractive pricing in the right balance, explained in plain language.
And our ambition is to be the Pro AV partner our customers turn to first. Not the biggest name on the shelf, but the most useful one at the other end of the phone. That is why we are scaling country by country, so the competence sits close to our customers.

VIVOLINK APPROVED SOLUTIONS
Tested to work together, made to keep working
A single product is the easy part. Getting a whole chain to work together in a real room is where installations run into trouble. So we test our products as complete solutions – source to display, cable to box to mount – and our cables are tested three times during production.
We call it Vivolink Approved Solutions: our own testing programme, defined and run by us.
Our packaging follows the same logic – reduced to what the product needs to arrive undamaged, and no further. Cables come in a single sealed bag and other products are packed in cardboard.
PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Vivolink keeps your system running
When a Pro AV system goes down, you get the call – and every hour the room is out of use costs your customer money.
- 6-month free swap. If a Vivolink product fails within six months of delivery, we send a replacement straight away. This is a service in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them – see Terms and Conditions.
- A reply within 24 hours. Write to us and you will hear back within 24 hours on working days.
- We stand behind our customers. On site, mid-install, with a question – that is when we are most useful.
