1. Organiser

The competition is organised by EET Group A/S, Bregnerødvej 133D, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark, (“Vivolink”, “we”, “us”). Questions about the competition can be sent to info@vivolink.net.

2. Competition period

The competition opens on 6 October 2026 at 00:00 and closes on 30 October 2026 at 23:59 local time in Denmark. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3. Who can enter

1. The competition is open to persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the EU.
2. Employees of Vivolink, their immediate family members and anyone professionally involved in organising the competition cannot enter.Auco
3. If you enter in connection with your job, you are responsible for making sure that accepting a prize complies with your employer’s rules on gifts. This applies in particular to employees in the public sector.

4. How to enter

1. Visit Vivolink.net, type “competition” into the AI assistant and complete the entry form with your full name and email address.
2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and you do not need to like, share or comment on any post to enter.
3. Each person may enter only once. Multiple entries, entries made with false details or entries made automatically will be disqualified.
4. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete due to technical errors, including errors in the AI assistant or the website.

5. Prizes

1. There are three prizes. Each winner receives one Vivolink X10 speaker with a recommended retail price of 999,00 DKK incl. VAT.
2. Each person can win only one prize.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or transferred to another person. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a product of equal or higher value.
4. We ship the prize free of charge to an address in the EU. Any customs duties, import VAT or local taxes outside the EU are paid by the winner.

6. Draw and winners

1. The three winners will be drawn at random among all valid entries on 3 November 2026. The draw is carried out by an authorised representative of EET Group A/S and can be documented.
2. Winners will be notified by email no later than 6 November 2026 and asked to provide a delivery address and phone number for shipping.
3. If a winner has not replied within 14 days of our email, the prize lapses and we will draw a new winner on the same terms.
4. With the winner’s consent, we may publish the winner’s first name, company and country on LinkedIn and Vivolink.net. Consent is voluntary and does not affect the prize.

7. Tax

In Denmark, prizes from competitions are generally taxable income for the winner. Each winner is responsible for any tax on the prize. Where required, Vivolink will report the value of the prize to the Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen).

8. LinkedIn

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn. LinkedIn is not responsible for the competition, and all questions should be directed to Vivolink.

9. Changes, cancellation and disqualification

We may change, suspend or cancel the competition if it cannot be carried out as planned for reasons beyond our control, such as technical faults, fraud or legal requirements. Any changes will be published on this page.

We may disqualify participants who break these terms or attempt to manipulate the competition.

10. Liability

Vivolink is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or the use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Product warranty and consumer rights for the prize apply as normal.

We process your personal data as described in the privacy notice below.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise. Complaints about the competition can be sent to info@vivolink.net.

Privacy notice – competition

What we collect: Your name and email address from the entry form. If you win, we also collect your delivery address and phone number so we can ship the prize.

Why and on what legal basis: We use your data only to run the competition, draw the winners, contact the winners and deliver the prizes. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to carry out the competition you have chosen to enter (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If a winner agrees to have their name published, the legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which can be withdrawn at any time.

No marketing: We will not use your details for newsletters or other marketing, and we will not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Who has access: Your personal data is processed by suppliers that host our website and AI assistant, Chatbase Inc. , Auxo and WooCommerce under data processing agreements. Chatbase may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it: Entries from participants who do not win are deleted no later than 30 days after the draw. Winners’ details are deleted no later than 30 days after the prize has been delivered. Information needed for accounting or tax reporting is kept for as long as Danish law requires, usually 5 years.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. If you withdraw your entry before the draw, you will no longer take part. Contact us at info@vivolink.net to use your rights.
